Join in for this special class- last Sunday Nia with Lesley until Sept 7.  Lesley will be spending the summer weekends learning and practicing more Nia (3 trainings!).  She'll bring it all back to you starting Sunday, Sept 7. 

During the summer, Lesley will continue teaching Nia Tuesday evenings at the YMCA in the Central District: Meredith Mathews East Madison YMCA.  See Tuesday class postings.
