NIA Welcome Class

Jill,

My daughter lives in Seattle and I will be visiting her this next week. I would love for her to experience NIA. Do your classes have a range of ages ( I am 57) or are they primarily geared to younger women, like my daughter, 27?

Nia Founders are dancing at 58!

I believe Nia is appropriate for most people (who are without severe health limitations), no matter what age. So yes, it most likely can be for you! In fact, Nia co-founders Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas are the same age as you! More important than age is your general health. As long as you have no restrictions with your breathing, heart function or joint mobility, you'll do just fine in a regular class. In a Nia class, a beginner can be right next to a more advanced student without feeling out of place. We are all enjoying class in our own way at our own level. Another beauty of Nia.
I apologize for getting back to you so late. Please feel free to email myself directly at jill@niadivas.com or Lesley at Lesley@niadivas.com. We'd love to hear how you like your first class.
Warmly,
Jill
