Join me every Tuesday in March and April for the Nia Up Close & Personal
Series where we'll be using the Nia Technique book to strengthen our Nia practice for the first 15-minutes of class and then a full hour of dancing.

This class is at Allstar Fitness in West Seattle, 2629 SW Andover
St. Seattle WA 206-932-9999.$15 to drop-in or 3 for $39. OPEN to
EVERYONE. You do not need to be a member to attend.
