NiaDivas is kicking off there new Fall Series with 3 Free Nia Classes at Youngstown Cultural Arts in West Seattle:

Thursday, Sept. 4 at 6pm with Jill

Saturday, Sept. 6 at 10am with Jill

Sunday, Sept. 7 at 10am with Lesley

This is our way of welcoming you back to NiaDivas after our summer hiatus. We invite you to bring all those friends that are tired of dreading their workout or feeling guilty for not working out...why "work-out"?
