Through this program, and wearing a purple rubber bracelet, you'll begin the powerful and conscious practice of realizing more Joy and Gratitude. The event will start with a short discussion and then we'll join together for an hour+ of Joy-filled Nia Dancing. Free Event. Please bring friends and launch this important and empowering new mindset! *The creator of A Complaint-Free World, Wil Bowen, will be speaking at Bellevue Unity Church 9am/11am on Nov. 11th...One day after our event--How perfect is that!

I am so excited that you are doing this! I have been wanting to come and take a Nia Class for ages now. I have also signed up to be complaint free for the month of November. This is the perfect way for me to do both.
Do I need to call or RSVP or do I just show up? Do I need to bring anything?
Tanaya, This Saturday
Hi Tanya, I'm so glad to hear your enthusiasm. I felt the same way. You do not need to register. Doors open at 8:45 and we'll begin introductions at 9am. Wear comfortable clothes. Nia is done barefoot, unless you need shoes. The room is relatively warm and we'll be movin' so bring water. We'll snacks afterwards. Make sure you say hello to me. As the first person to comment on our NiaDivas blog about the Event you win a prize...The book, a complaint-free t-shirt or a bumper sticker...your choice. I'm psyched I got the UPS today...We are on our way to a grate- ful November. Warmly, Jill
