"Welcome to Nia" Class- 2nd Saturday of each month.

_MG_4240.jpg Welcome to Nia! Join us for this 50-minute, introductory class and we'll make starting Nia easier than you may think! In our first 15-minutes, we'll answer the questions "What is Nia, Why is it good for me? and How do I do it?

Then, you'll get a chance to enjoy Nia with a 25-minute easy-to-learn sampler Nia class . All those new to Nia will receive a coupon for their next Nia class free ($14 value), including a special offer of 3 classes for $20 ($42 value).

In the Welcome to Nia class, you'll learn:

Free to Nia Students with current class cards.Nia students with current class cards are welcome to participate for free as NiaDiva Ambassadors. In order to grow a thriving NiaDivas community, we would greatly appreciate inviting your friends to these monthly, introductory classes.

Pre-registration is required for this course as space is limited!

Refund Policy: If you pay in advance (on-line) and then can't attend "Welcome to Nia" class, we're happy to credit you $10 towards the next month's Welcome to Nia class, or any other Nia class you'd like to take within 30 days.

A Medical Release form needs to be completed and signed.

  • If you have one on file, you need do nothing more.
  • If you do not have one on file, to save time, you can download it by clicking here and bringing the completed and signed form to class. Or, you can receive and complete a form on-site before class.
