Nia for Beginners at High Point Community Center with Lesley
Monday Evenings 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
January 14-March 17 (No classes January 21, February 18 due to holidays)

Get fit, let loose, have fun! Nia -- done barefoot, moving to music through an eclectic blend of dance, martial arts, and healing movement arts. Non-impact, semi-choreographed, fully fun! $80 for full series (8 classes) or $43 for half series (4 classes starting Jan 14 or Feb 25). $12 drop-in.
