This shift in emphasis from rigid training schedules to doing things the 'Body's Way' was one of the radical fitness concepts that Nia introduced in the '80s. It's a low impact approach that incorporates a lot of knowledge about body mechanics and design to give a high energy workout within the context of 'Dynamic Ease'. Nia is always practiced 'The Body's Way'.
